Workbooks, designed within the class book themes, include exercises each of which practises the skills in the units. At the end of each unit is a grammar support section presenting detailed explanations and examplifications on the grammar structures presented in dynamic charts in every unit, an index (Tr-Eng) on the grammar structures introduced in grammar support section and “TÖMER European Language Portfolio Table of Equivalence” matching each unit’s aimed skills with European Language Portfolio skill definitions and Common European Framework skill levels. Each unit ends with a spoken interaction activity designed as a seperate in-class group work. New Hitit course books, in which the thematic layout, textualization, grammatical paradigm and practice typology have been designed entirely in accordance with the Common European Framework, including 12 units contextualized parallel to Turkish courses at TÖMER in terms of application hours and intensity.
The packs for each level consist of 1 class book, 1 workbook, and listening scripts on CD. The pack has been prepared at 3 different levels (basic, intermedate, upper-intermediate) based on the criteria in Common European Framework established by the European Council. Hitit Turkish for Foregners education pack that our center has been using approximately for 3 years has been renewed. 179 + 79 pp, color figures + CD, in Turkish.
